I guess he wasn't around for a while.
Why am I giggling at this news item?
It's not because some poor woman had a phobia of leaving the bathroom.
It's not because she stayed in her bathroom for so long (possibly two years!) that she ended up stuck to the toilet.
It's not because the author of this article pointed out that "The home has a second bathroom."
No, it's because the sheriff quoted in the article is named -- really -- Whipple.

I found this really disgusting, considering the fact that the toilet seat needed to be surgically removed from her butt. She sat on it so long that her skin grew around the seat! I had to read this aloud at work the other day because I was so flabbergasted!
