She's the youngest one in the house ... or is she?

We're looking for potential partners for a very special Our House in Jersey project. If you possess the expertise and/or financial means to help facilitate the carbon dating of Maria, please let us know ASAP. Many thanks.

Beth, did you get the posting I t-r-i-e-d to send about the game, you might call it, run by the Palm Beach Post? If you didn't, it's too late now to participate, but you might still find it amusing to follow the novel that is to be produced.

Maybe she's older but ages more slowly. Possibility?

Well, the update is that we've all learned that you can't carbon date a living specimen (since age is measured through decay), though we should probably have remembered this from high school Chemistry, and of course, the accuracy rate is like - within a thousand years. So I'm probably around 723 years old. Or something.

Why, some may ask, do the housemates want to carbon date me? Well, I read somewhere that sometimes adopted kids have been given an innacurate birth date, perhaps to make it difficult to be found by/to find biological relatives. I was amused by this, and I shared it with the housemates, and now everyone wants to carbon date me.

That's the story! Wierd but true. I could be a Libra!!!
