the class times after that will be:
Tuesday 6.30-8pm
Wednesday 12.15-1pm
Friday 12.15-1pm 6.30-8pm

Just wanted to mention...
Moray's first class was awesome!
The studio has a wall of windows that look out over the crazy 5th avenue rush hour...
Yet inside all is calm and gentle...
There was a muted heartbeat sounding from the floor below, which we all moved with.
As they say, if you really want to find your inner peace, try doing it in the middle of Manhattan.
And I know I'm biased and all, but the Mister knows his stuff, and runs an excellent class. Considering I've spent the past 5 months sitting in front of a computer, my body was might happy for some movement!
